Where everyone sits, made beautiful. Upload your guest list and table allocations, and we'll lay it out by hand to match your wedding - balanced, legible, and built around your guest count. You'll see a digital proof before anything is printed, with two rounds of revisions included so you can lock in those inevitable last-minute changes.
How It Works
- Download our Seating Chart CSV Template
- Fill in your guest names and table numbers
- Upload your completed file using the upload field below when placing your order
- Sizes: A2 (intimate weddings, up to ~6 tables / 50 guests), A1 (up to ~12 tables / 100 guests), or A0 (up to ~20 tables / 160 guests)
- Materials: 3mm foamboard, 5mm foamboard, or 3mm acrylic
- Includes: professional layout, two proof rounds, your sign-off before print

Important Information
The Proofing Process
Every order is proofed and signed off before we print a thing - the piece you receive is the version you've approved, word for word.
Once you place an order, we'll email you a digital proof to review. For self-designed pieces (welcome signs and table numbers), your proof lands within 2 business days. For pieces we lay out for you (seating charts, bar menus and menus), allow up to 5 business days.
If you'd like changes, just reply with what you'd like adjusted - your revised proof comes back within 2 business days. Two rounds of revisions are included with every order. Further amendments are billed at our standard design rate (see Terms & Conditions).
Nothing goes to print without your written approval. Once you've signed off your proof, that's the version we produce - please check spelling, names, dates and details carefully before approving.
Production & Dispatch
Once you approve your proof, we produce and dispatch your order within 7 business days. You'll receive a tracking number the moment it leaves us.
Shipping times within Australia vary by courier and destination. We can't guarantee a delivery date once your order is on the road, but we can give you current courier estimates if you're working to a wedding date - just ask.
On a tight deadline? Our Priority service moves your proof and production to the front of the queue, available on all foamboard and card pieces. If your wedding is close, please get in touch before ordering and we'll confirm we can meet your date.
Shipping
Shipping is complimentary on orders over $395 to anywhere in Australia (Rural and remote deliveries may incur an additional surcharge). Under that, freight is calculated at checkout - a flat rate for cards and menus, by-weight for the larger pieces. Rural and remote deliveries may incur an additional surcharge.
Local to Adelaide? Choose pickup at checkout and collect from us at no charge.
We dispatch via Australia Post or courier, with tracking and signature on delivery. Please choose an address where someone will be available to sign - courier redelivery is the most common cause of late arrivals and incur extra fees.
Every order is packed with care for transit. While we can't be held liable for handling damage caused in transit, if anything arrives in less than perfect condition, contact us straight away and we'll prioritise a replacement - we want this right as much as you do.
