Campain Event Co is a wedding and event signage company based in Adelaide, South Australia. We design our own collections, print every piece in our own premises, and ship across Australia.

Our work sits at the intersection of two things: more than twenty years of print expertise across our parent company Polar Displays & Print, and a design studio approach to wedding signage that takes every piece seriously.

How Campain came to be

Campain was born inside Polar Displays & Print, a South Australian commercial printing and display business that has been at the heart of the local print industry for over two decades. Polar produces work for supermarkets, hotels, shopping centres and service stations across the country, and increasingly, behind-the-scenes for wedding stylists and event designers.

Wedding signage, though, isn't commercial signage. It's personal, emotional, and the kind of work that earns its own brand, its own design language, and its own home. So we launched Campain Event Co as our wedding-specific studio - direct to bridal couples, with the same in-house printing capability behind it, but with a distinct design sensibility.

It's the same family business, the same Adelaide premises, the same press that prints everything else we make. Now turned toward weddings and events.

What makes us different

We are one of very few wedding and event signage brands in Australia that actually prints what we sell. Most wedding signage you see online is designed by one company and printed by another, or sourced overseas and shipped in. We do both ourselves, in our own purpose-built premises in Adelaide.

That changes a few things in your favour:

Turnaround is faster. Your proof, your revisions, and your final printed order all happen in the same building, on equipment we maintain ourselves. There's no third-party print queue we're waiting on.

Materials are consistent. Every order ships on substrate we've tested, on a press we calibrate, with ink we trust. No outsourcing, no surprises.

Specialty processes are possible. We have the capability for white ink printed directly onto smooth black foamboard, which is the signature finish behind our Black Luxury design.

You're talking to the people making it. The team you email is also the team designing, proofing, and printing your order. There's no account manager passing your details to a separate print shop somewhere else.

What we believe

A few things shape how we work:

Considered over decorative. Wedding and event signage at its best feels designed, not just printed. We want every piece you order from us to feel like a deliberate choice on your day.

Proof before print. Nothing goes to the press without you signing off on your final proof. We'd rather hold an order for a week than send something to print that isn't quite right.

Made together, made to last. Every Campain design exists as a complete suite because we believe wedding and event signage should rhyme across the day, not look like pieces collected from different sellers. A bride buying our welcome sign should be able to add the matching seating chart, table numbers, bar menu and menus from the same company.

Real conversations. We're a small team. The email you send us is read by an actual person who is genuinely interested in getting your day right.

The team

The Campain team is a small group of staff working out of our Adelaide premises. Many of us are family, and most of us have been working together for years through Polar Displays & Print. We bring that history, and that closeness, into every Campain order.
